Frescoes
I did an internship at the All-Russian Art Research and Restoration Center named after Academician I.E. Grabar on monumental Christian painting.
I worked with the prophetic row of the 12th century church in Staraya Ladoga, Byzantine painting: two copies-reconstructions of the waist and height of the prophet King David, seven cripples of the prophetic row - the prophets Isaiah, Nahum, Gideon, David, Solomon, full-length, waist and portrait. The training was conducted according to the method of copying and reconstruction by Adolf Nikolaevich Ovchinnikov.
Frescoes (tracing paper) are also presented of the 11th century temple of St. Michael and Gabriel the Archangels in Iprari (Tarngtsel), Georgia, Samegrelo-Upper Svaneti. The frescoes were painted by the artist Tevdore in 1096. The church is included in the list of immovable cultural monuments of national significance of Georgia.
