On August 14, I will dismantle my exhibition "Aksakov places" in the House-Museum of Aksakov in Ufa. To exhibit there, where Sergey Timofeevich Aksakov grew up, is a joyful and important event.

"Goodbye, my bright and dark images, my good and bad people, or, better to say, images that have both light and dark sides, people who have both good and bad! You are not great heroes, not loud personalities; in silence and obscurity you passed your earthly career, and long, long ago left it; but you were people, and your external and internal life is full of poetry, as curious and instructive for us as we and our life, in turn, will be curious and instructive for posterity. You were the same actors in the great universal spectacle presented by mankind from time immemorial, as conscientiously played out your roles as all people, and as worthy of remembrance. By the mighty power of writing and printing, your posterity is now acquainted with you. It received you with sympathy and recognized you as brothers, whenever and however you lived, in whatever dress you went. May your memory never be offended by any partial judgment, by any frivolous word.»
